You’ll be the trusted link between our clients and our experienced team of Porsche technicians — helping drivers feel confident, informed, and well taken care of.

Chris’s German Auto Service has proudly served the greater Seattle area for over 38 years and is one of the most respected names in the region for Porsche repair and maintenance. With nearly 100 years of combined motorsports and automotive experience, our team is passionate about excellence, precision, and the Porsche legacy.

We use factory diagnostic equipment and tooling to service every generation of Porsche vehicles — from 1954 classics to the latest models. Our reputation is built on technical accuracy, honest service, and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers with professionalism and genuine interest, building lasting relationships by getting to know them and their vehicles while accurately assessing their service needs
• Prepare detailed service orders and transmit them to the service technicians for execution.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations, costs, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-up communications.
• Ordering of parts, making sure they arrive on time.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
• Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, ensuring resolution to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of building trust and delivering exceptional client care — automotive background preferred.
• Previous experience in a European or German automotive service environment is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in service writing with the ability to clearly document customer requests and relay technician recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way.
• Genuine commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, including recommending services tailored to individual needs.
• Strong multitasking abilities and a collaborative mindset — thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A passion for cars — especially Porsche — is a big plus!

Pay: $73,261.00 - $110,000.00 per year
