What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH Manager position at Chris's Steak & Seafood House?
We are currently Looking for a dynamic, outgoing and knowledgeable front of the house manager to join our team. We are locally owned and operated and have been in business since 1963. Some of the things we are looking for are;
-Able to work 6 days a week Tuesday-Sunday 4:00 til-11:00pm (dinner only) 40-45 hours a week
-Have at least 2 years experience in a sit down dinning establishment
-High level of passion and knowledge for food and beverage
-Runs the front of the house shift along with the owner with integrity
-Scheduling, delegating, training, and working closely with all FOH employees
-Receives and resolves employee and customer complaints
-Ensures table touches of all tables and handles any guests' issues with attention and care for a great dining experience
