Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth shop operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, management, managing various administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage answering phone calls, text messages for various business entities.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and create client contracts.
- Assist management with website development, phone calls, advertising posts etc. We will teach everything, must be open to learning and work well with computers.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Check customers in/out, taking payments, supply runs etc.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Support the administrative team with various projects as needed.
- Drive company vehicle to drop customers off, supply runs, coffee/lunch runs etc.
- This position will work very closely with management.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to ensure proper communication of tasks.
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and correspondence creation.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing and record keeping, computers, Microsoft office etc.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of office management practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Professionalism in speaking over phone.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace.
- Strong milti-tasker, have worked closely with management.

We are seeking LONG TERM player to stay with us for at least 2-5 years. This is a long term position that we will not eliminate. You will work closely with management and learn a lot about business.
40 hours per week. Tuesday - Saturday
8am-5pm

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
