*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent front office and communication
skills to staff and all visitors. Strong communication skills are highly
important.
*Duties*
- Greet office visitors, answer phones, prepare and sort mail, send emails
- Type, verify and print weekly and special occasion bulletins
- Maintain the church cloud-based calendar
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the membership and visitor data base
- Track data and submit reports as required by the district office
- Type correspondence, mailings and other special projects for the Pastor
and staff
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.78 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
