Director of Student Life

Christ Church Anglican, a thriving Christian community expanding its outreach in the Kansas City metropolitan area, seeks a gifted and enthusiastic leader with a heart for students and a desire to partner in ministry with a highly collaborative leadership team. With a strong record of prior success, the presence of many existing, trained, dedicated volunteers, and an ambitious vision for future ministry expansion, our church needs a dynamic leader capable of developing, directing, and advancing student ministry programs for a growing number of families.

The Director will be a(n):

• Committed Christian with maturing, spiritual depth and a deepening faith in Jesus Christ
• Effective leader who can inspire followership and identify, develop, and support team resources
• Enthusiastic champion of students
• Capable teacher that exhibits prowess and passion for the spiritual development of students
• Competent strategist who thinks independently, contributes thought leadership, plans well, and finds ways to build programs consistent with the emerging vision for Christ Church
• Cooperator that sees Student Life as interconnected to the other ministries within the church and as part of the church-wide mission
• Growing student of ministry willing to pursue professional development, leadership expertise, and career advancement in ways similar to past incumbents
