Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Oversee HVAC systems, high voltage equipment, and industrial maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with project management teams to plan and execute facility improvement projects.
- Fabricate and maintain equipment as necessary to support operational needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement or repair.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in facilities management and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in high voltage systems and HVAC operations.
- Experience with logic controllers and industrial maintenance techniques.
