You will be responsible for designing and implementing a rigorous, hands-on, and inquiry-based science and math curriculum aligned with school standards. You will develop engaging lesson plans that integrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world applications.
Additionally, you will utilize a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and needs. You will incorporate technology, labs, and collaborative projects to enhance student learning and assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback.
In your role, you will also serve as an advisor to a small group of middle school students, providing academic, social, and emotional support. You will facilitate regular advisory meetings to build a sense of community and develop essential life skills.
