The Director of Special Gifts provides administrative oversight to financial stewardship in the life of Christ Church. This role will oversee various programs aimed at developing and implementing strategies for donor development and cultivation of generous giving.

The Director of Special Gifts provides administrative oversight to financial stewardship in the life of Christ Church. This role will oversee various programs aimed at developing and implementing strategies for donor development and cultivation of generous giving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, initiate, and maintain oversight of Development Programs, Planned Giving Incubator Program, Financial Empowerment Ministry, and other financial-related programs.
- Develop strategies for donor development and cultivation of generous giving.
- Collaborate with key staff to develop a comprehensive curriculum in stewardship for use with all age groups in the congregation.
- Develop a plan for regular touch-points for all donor levels.
Requirements:
- Leadership and administrative skills with special ability to lead volunteer teams.
- 1-2 years experience in project development, leadership, recruiting, training, and public speaking.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to take initiative and work in fast-paced environment.
