What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Associate position at Christ Church?
As a member of our facilities team, you will learn and perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled manual tasks in the construction, maintenance, and repair of Christ Church and its affiliates.
You will be responsible for minor and major repairs of all buildings and equipment, including some electrical work. You will also complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
In addition, you will respond to emergency maintenance requests as required and assist with the renovation/remodeling of buildings, including repairing plaster and drywall structures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Valid Motor Vehicle Driver's License
