The purpose of the Graphic Designer is to assist the Marketing Team in creating high-quality visual materials that effectively represent Christ Church and its mission. The Graphic Designer will design print and digital assets, ensuring all materials align with Christ Church’s branding and can be easily converted for multiple uses, including flyers, brochures, and reports. Job Responsibilities :
- Design visually appealing and brand-aligned materials, including but not limited to : o Flyers for programs, events, and initiatives. o Brochures that highlight services and outreach efforts. o Annual reports, incorporating infographics and data visualization.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to review and revise designs based on feedback.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Christ Church’s brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and logos.
- Create designs suitable for both print and digital use, ensuring accessibility across multiple platforms.
- Provide editable templates for internal team use when required.
- Submit initial design drafts within agreed-upon timelines and deliver final files in specified formats, such as PDF (print-ready), PNG / JPG (web use), and editable formats.
- Develop materials that can be repurposed or converted for other uses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality and meeting deadlines. TERMS : This Agreement shall commence upon execution by the contractor and at least one Christ Church officer and shall continue for a period of one year. The Agreement will renew automatically for successive one-year periods unless a party provides 15 days’ advance written notice of the party’s decision not to renew. In addition, either party may terminate this Agreement during any one-year term by giving 15 days’ written notice of termination.
