Job Summary:
The Chief Administrative Officer serves as a key member of the senior leadership team at Christ Church, driving operational excellence and strategic growth. This critical role exists to support the Lead Pastor in focusing on governance and executive pastoral ministry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of organizational strategies aligned with the church's vision and goals.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to drive effectiveness in business areas through new program launches and community engagement.
- Provide ongoing training, leadership development, and fellowship opportunities for paid and volunteer staff.
- Maintain financial accountability and correlation between all areas of ministry and operations.
- Ensure proper financial stewardship and protocols are in place to adhere to fiscal responsibility.
- Meet regularly with direct reports to ensure personal growth, effectiveness, and task alignment with the church's Annual Goals and Five-Year Strategic Plan.
- Help develop and reinforce a positive work culture that leads to high staff output and achievement of organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of middle to upper-management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
