Do you love recruiting, developing, and investing in a large team of dynamic volunteers and seeing them growing, equipped, and empowered to serve God to their fullest?
We are looking for a special someone with a passion for Jesus and a passion for children’s ministry to lead the children's ministry at the DeKalb Campus.
Our ideal candidate for this full-time pastoral role will be a relational shepherd with significant leadership skills. This person will serve as the leader and pastor of our DeKalb Campus children’s ministry and will be responsible for the overall spiritual health and success of the campus children’s programming. Their passion for their ministry areas will significantly be exhibited through the recruiting, leading, and training of a strong volunteer base to help execute the ministry as they invest in the spiritual growth of children and parents. As a vital part of the campus pastoral team, this person should have a shepherd’s heart and be able to help people walk through difficult situations with spiritual maturity and compassion.
Together with the one-church next gen staff, they will work to develop and implement a strategy for the evangelism and ongoing discipleship of all children within the ministry.
