PURPOSE OF JOB
Ensuring initial and regular training of staff to provide maximum productivity and customer service in the health centers. This position also exists to elevate the overall education of our team members by mentoring and guiding the medical support team, fostering close relationships with them, shaping the curriculum to align with current healthcare practices, and contributing to quality patient outcomes and professional development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house)
- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.)
- Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information
- Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials
- Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects patient care.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Oversee staff training in operational positions and provide regular audits on compliance of trained protocols.
- Participate in designing and updating educational programs to reflect current healthcare trends and evidence-based practices.
- Addressing challenges in nursing education, staff development, and patient care.
- Train staff on new technologies, procedures, and patient care strategies.
- Implementing evidence-based practices and ensuring staff comply with healthcare standards.
- May perform other duties as required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelor Degree preferred
Experience : Two or more years of RN experience in an inpatient, outpatient setting is preferred. Proven work experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting. Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation. Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools. Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques. MS Office proficiency. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Strong communication skills
Licenses or Certifications : Current RN licensures with no restrictions. CPR certification required
