The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the marketing strategy for a personal lifestyle brand and business, both online and in person. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a marketing plan for a luxury lifestyle brand and business
- Manage social media team
- Pitch media and establish relationships with industry businesses and influencers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of content strategies with overall marketing objectives
- Utilize tools for marketing plan tracking
- Project management of marketing plan
- Experience with marketing analytics and reports
- Establish and manage relationships with external vendors and internal teams, to meet marketing goals and objectives
- Develop ideas to maximize marketing efforts
- Occasionally design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite to complement written content to enhance visual appeal
- Stay updated on industry trends in marketing, public relations, and advertising, to inform content
Requirements
- 1-3 years of marketing management experience
- Strong understanding of marketing, public relations strategies, and advertising principles
- Track record executing multi-platform marketing plans
- Proven experience in pitching news media
- Excellent relationship management skills to effectively build relationships and collaborate with team members and external businesses and partners
- Project management to ensure all campaign assets completed effectively and efficiently
- A passion for storytelling combined with a strategic mindset to drive engagement through compelling marketing design and execution of campaigns
- Collaborator, professional, comfortable brainstorming ideas
- A degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
