Overview
The Social Media Producer is responsible for managing social media for a personal brand and business account, across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LTK, and a Newsletter. Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality content for multiple channels including websites, social media, blogs, and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of content strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Utilize tools for social media planning, management, and scheduling.
- Conduct social listening to monitor audience engagement and feedback, adjusting content strategies accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance content reach and effectiveness.
- Employ SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, increasing visibility and traffic.
- Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite to complement written content and enhance visual appeal.
- Stay updated on industry trends in public relations, advertising, and graphic design to inform content creation.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of social media management experience -- growing social media accounts
- Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and social media management tools like Hootsuite.
- Excellent relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Strong understanding of public relations strategies and advertising principles.
- Ability to conduct social listening to gauge audience sentiment and engagement levels.
- A passion for storytelling combined with a strategic mindset to drive engagement through compelling content.
- A degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
