Company Description
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for daily warehouse operations including print shop workflows, delivery and receiving support, and volunteer management. This role involves directly managing CCV’s print shop, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, equipment maintenance, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Print Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain print shop equipment to produce high-quality printed materials (e.g., flyers, posters, booklets, banners).
- Manage print job workflows, including scheduling, prioritizing, and tracking projects to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs are print-ready and meet specifications.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of printing supplies, ordering replacements as needed.
Delivery Responsibilities & Campus Support:
- Coordinate and execute the delivery of printed materials to all CCV campuses in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper handling and organization of materials during transport to prevent damage.
- Maintain delivery records and communicate delivery schedules with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee and execute deliveries specific to the Peoria campus, ensuring accurate and efficient distribution.
- Support the Peoria campus with building-related needs, such as event setups, signage placement, or facility adjustments.
Volunteer Management:
- Recruiting: Recruit and select volunteers to assist with print shop operations, deliveries, and campus support activities.
- Onboarding and Training: Providing clear expectations, necessary skills, and guidance for volunteers to succeed in their roles.
- Coordination: Assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and maintaining effective communication to ensure smooth operations.
- Engagement and Retention: Recognizing contributions, fostering a positive environment, and building relationships to keep volunteers motivated and committed.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Monitoring performance, gathering input, and adapting strategies to improve volunteer experiences and operational effectiveness.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the 6 BSV employees
- CCV fleet management
- Consolidate and oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and utilization of all CCV's fleet vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicles are safe, clean, and compliant with applicable state regulations.
- Track vehicle usage and expenses, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Launch and Campus Deliveries
- Collaborate with the Launch Team to oversee the delivery process for all new campus items, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a print shop, warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining print shop equipment and related software.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as determined by the Lead of Business Services & Events.
