The Data Analyst is an essential role on the Interactive Technology team; A team dedicated to equipping staff to care for and connect with communities through digital tools and resources. The Data Analyst is responsible for providing Ministry and Senior Leaders with relevant metrics to reflect the impact of strategic initiatives and resource decision makers with reliable insights towards future opportunities.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data resources on Data Visualization Platforms.
- Tableau & Rock (RMS)
- Identify engagement trends and forecast expected growth.
- Discover new metric opportunities and refine metric criteria to improve reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with a variety of teams to increase reliability in data reporting.
- Translate multiple data points into actionable solutions to drive performance metrics.
- Regularly assist in preparing data analysis summaries and presentations for Senior Leadership.
- Manage and process data reporting requests from internal stakeholders (as needed).
- Assist Data Team volunteers with reporting projects (as needed).

Experience
- Strong programming skills, particularly in SQL.
- Advanced experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data, business, or related field (preferred).
- Or equivalent certifications and experience
