Company Description
The mission of Christ's Church of the Valley is to win people to Jesus Christ, train believers to become disciples, and send disciples to impact the world. The purpose of the Food Service Department is to enhance CCV's ability to be a destination point for the unchurched, promote fellowship for attendees, and to support the staff in growing their ministries in the aspects of making people feel comfortable while on our campus. The Food and Beverage Team Lead position will oversee the Caf, Coffee Shop and Grill.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions
- Recruit and oversee volunteers are a high priority as they are essential to Guest Services.
- Operate the outdoor grill according to CCV operating procedures.
- Train and monitor volunteers to keep with CCV operating standards.
- Continual training of volunteers with proper techniques and in conjunction with Maricopa County Health regulations.
- Operating the POS systems and handling money.
- Make deposits
- Equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Maintain the appearance of the grill and its cleanliness.
- Supporting other ministry activities as needed for church events and programming
- Ensure that the Commitment to Excellence and Create the Plus are consistent with CCV Core Values.
