Position Summary :
The Operations Pastor is primarily responsible for the physical upkeep of campuses which includes, but not limited to : the organization of the campus, cleaning, maintenance and repairs, campus deliveries and inventory. To do the job effectively, the Operations Pastor will have opportunities and responsibilities to lead and develop involved volunteer teams.
At CCV, our Operations Department and Pastor will also work closely with the campus team and staff to deliver support, resources, and execute the day-to-day needs of the campus. Responsibilities include the facility usage and upkeep, event set up and tear down, room changes, and physical needs that a campus might have for a specific event, and weekend services.
