Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and school curriculum for math and science subjects.
- Deliver high-quality instruction in mathematics and science through various teaching methods, including direct instruction, hands-on activities, and collaborative learning.
- Create and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress; provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and academic integrity.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with varying learning styles and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, staff, and administration to enhance the educational experience and support student success.
