ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES : This position requires the individual to have the personal attributes to manage, direct, mentor and support employees through their daily work while demonstrating Christa’s corporate philosophy of outstanding business ethics and principles. Top candidates will have 15-20 or more years of commercial construction project management experience and should be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously while engaging in the procurement of new business opportunities. They will also take ownership of the overall project success with special consideration to schedule and budget adherence.

Compensation : The pay range for this position is : $90 - $125k per year, determined by multiple factors including verifiable experience, education, and technical skills.
