We are seeking a skilled Asset Condition Assessor to join our team at Christensen Farms. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for assessing the condition of our facilities, equipment, and electrical systems to determine their end-of-life and recommended replacement schedules.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hog farm repair and installation, with experience in performing electrical inspections and knowledge of equipment functionality. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the condition of facilities, equipment, and electrical systems
- Determine end-of-life and recommended replacement schedules
- Develop and maintain databases of facility conditions and replacement forecasts
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hog farm repair and/or installation
- Experience in performing electrical inspections
- Knowledge of equipment functionality and ability to read and interpret blueprints
