What are the responsibilities and job description for the Feed Mill Operator - Atkinson, NE position at Christensen Farms?
Be part of the Christensen Farms team that is responsible for the production of livestock feed and load out operations. Located at the feed mill in Atkinson, NE, this position focuses on producing high quality feed for our farms in the Nebraska region.
No technical experience or degree required. Training provided to an individual with motivation and desire to learn. Full time position with competitive pay and benefits!
Duties:
- Utilize computer-operated machinery associated with feed production
- Perform and monitor proper documentation of the batching, grinding, and loadout process
- Responsible for proper feed and load out scheduling, as well as proper bin management and utilization
- Assist in warehouse operations
Qualifications:
Qualified individuals will have a desire to learn, strong work ethic, and be dependable. Must have the ability to operate machinery and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
