Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Christensen Farms Feed Mill in Sleepy Eye, MN. This position is responsible for producing high-quality feed for our farms, ensuring efficient load out operations, and adhering to safety protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate machinery associated with feed production, including batching, grinding, and loadout processes.
- Perform and monitor proper documentation of feed production and load out operations.
- Manage feed and load out scheduling, as well as bin management and utilization.
Requirements
- Able to operate a computer to perform batching tasks and possess mechanical experience.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to operate large machinery.
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds and willing to obtain a boiler license if not already licensed.
