Job Description / Expectations :

Oversee cases and work with lead attorney as needed, depending on case and preference (mentoring and independence available, as preferred)
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Review / analyze discovery; propound discovery requests
Work on hearing and trial preparation
Represent clients in court and at mediation.
Comply with all legal stands and regulations.
Pitch in with other cases as needed
Bill an average of 140 hours per month

Qualifications :

Previous experience in law or just passed the bar

Familiarity with various pleading documents

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build a rapport with clients

Excellent understanding of deadlines and timeframes

Excellent research and writing and verbal communication skills
