Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team with upward mobility available! The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and leadership experience in automotive sales. They must be focused on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences, while also leading a team through training. This person should be well versed in key automotive vendor tools for merchandising new/used vehicles, as well as engaging with customers extensively through the CRM and other tools.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives, TOs, etc.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
- Provide sales support by calling inquiries and offering product information to ultimattely set appointments
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing and discounts with indirect lentors
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team DAILY to meet and exceed sales goals
- Utilize sales management software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and close deals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales with years of experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients in person and over the phone
- Proficiency in using sales management software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions as well as setting appointments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Basic training skills to build team's knowledgebase
