What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Specialist position at CHRISTI HUBLER CHEVROLET?
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance and an upbeat and friendly attitude
- Ability to use basic computer programs, answer customer phone calls, fill parts orders
- Ability to lift light to medium weight objects and put away parts on shelves, some bending, stooping, and reaching required
- Ability to learn automotive terms and have a basic understanding of automotive parts location and terminology.
Responsibilities:
- Establish effective communications with customers, technicians, and other team members
- Ordering of parts, billing parts on invoices, answering phones, general duties including stocking and transporting parts.
- Work in a team setting with the Parts Manager, Technicians, Service Advisors, and other Dealership personnel to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
