About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a related field or combination of education and experience. You will have a strong understanding of HRIS systems, data management, and reporting, as well as proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and creating reports. Confidentiality and discretion are a must. A Valid Kentucky Driver's License and maintaining a Safe Driving Record are required.
Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to HR functions, including Employment, Benefits, and Payroll
• Assist with and serve as a backup for other HR functions as needed
• Administer and provide support to employee recognition and engagement components
• Field CAP admin support requests as needed
• Provide administrative support to HR Management
