PAY RATE: $20.51 PER HOUR (PAY NEGOTIABLE UPON EXPERIENCE)
LOCATION: This position will be located in Paintsville or Mt. Vernon, depending upon the candidate selected.

We are seeking a dynamic, supportive, and passionate Human Resource Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will provide HR support across multiple functions, including employee relations, benefits and HRIS systems and platforms, while fostering a positive, Christ-centered workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to support our mission and bring HR expertise to help enhance our team in every aspect of our work.
Provides general administrative support to a variety of Human Resources functions, including Employment, Benefits and Payroll. Assists with and serves as backup for other HR functions as needed. Administers and provides support to employee recognition and engagement components. Fields CAP admin support requests as needed. Provides Administrative support to HR Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS systems, data management, and reporting and proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and creating reports. Confidentiality and discretion is a must.
Qualifications
Education:
Associates In related field Required
Bachelors In related field Preferred
Years of Experience: 3 or more years of successful experience in related field (business or office administration, billing, etc.) or combination of education and experience
Certifications and Licensure: Posses a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification (or ability to obtain within first 90 days) Required
In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
