Job Description
This role will involve providing HR support across multiple functions, including employee relations, benefits, and HRIS systems. You will foster a positive, Christ-centered workplace culture and ensure that our employees are supported, valued, and equipped to do their best work. You will also assist with and serve as a backup for other HR functions as needed.
Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to HR functions, including Employment, Benefits, and Payroll
• Assist with and serve as a backup for other HR functions as needed
• Administer and provide support to employee recognition and engagement components
• Field CAP admin support requests as needed
• Provide administrative support to HR Management
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of HRIS systems, data management, and reporting, as well as proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and creating reports. Confidentiality and discretion are a must. A Valid Kentucky Driver's License and maintaining a Safe Driving Record are required.
