PAY RATE: $60,174 Annually (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary:
The Mid-Level Manager manages a portfolio of 500-600 Mid-Level donors by engaging with donors to cultivate, steward, and solicit donations; and to qualify donors for Major Gift portfolio management. The Mid-Level Manager coordinates with outside counsel to strategize, analyze, and report on program performance. The Mid-Level Manager manages the Gratitude program and supervises Gratitude program staff including a Mid-Level Officer and a Donor Services Specialist.
Essential Job Functions:
- Creates, manages, and executes a tiered, personalized communications plan for donors that maintains a healthy cycle of cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation. Includes completing an introduction series for all portfolio donors and creating and sending timely thank you notes and impact reporting.
- Provides supervision to Gratitude Program, to include Mid-Level Officers and the Donor Services Specialist. Provides leadership for the Mid-Level engagement program by engaging with key stakeholders to ensure Gratitude program success, including outside counsel, Direct Response, and Major/Planned Giving. Provides support to Donor Services program.
- Maintenance of a tiered caseload of 500 Mid-Level donors through regular caseload refreshes. Improves donor and value retention, increases revenue per donor, and cultivates, qualifies, and transitions donors into Major Gifts and Planned Giving. Maintains records of donor engagement in the CRM and provides regular reports to key stakeholders.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors in a related field Required
Years of Experience:
3 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Certifications and Licensure:
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification* (or Ability to Obtain within first 90 days) Required
*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
