PAY RATE: $51,604 Annually (Pay is negotiable based on experience)
Are you passionate about leadership and making a difference in the lives of youth and families in need? Christian Appalachian Project, Inc. is seeking a manager to take on a pivotal leadership role within our Youth Empowerment Services and Family Advocacy Programs.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to foster your passion for team building, program leadership, and staff development. You will lead our dedicated team toward success while supporting their professional growth through coaching, team-building activities, and development opportunities for employees and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the growth of assigned programs, including Youth Empowerment Services and Family Advocacy Programs
- Oversee program operations, including record-keeping, financial management, contract administration, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements and contribute to CAP’s strategic plan and outcome models
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development through coaching and team-building initiatives
- Oversee the youth summer camp at Camp Shawnee (Floyd County) during June and July, ensuring a safe, engaging, and impactful experience for campers

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors in a related field Required
Years of Experience:
2 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Certifications and Licensure:
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification (or Ability to Obtain) Required
CDL - Commercial Driver's License Class C with P and S Endorsement (or ability to obtain) Required
CPR and First Aid (or ability to obtain) Required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, walk
Lift 70 lb from floor to waist
Lifts/moves items with unknown weight or that are awkward shapes and sizes with assistance
Have good visual acuity with corrective lenses
Have good hearing capabilities
Ability to interact with youth and teens in games and sports activities
Salary : $51,604
