Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative
- Active Property & Casualty License (mandatory for this position)
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines Account Management
- Excellent customer service, communication, and customer satisfaction skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in insurance industry software (Applied Epic preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Associate degree in business or finance, or some college-level experience in writing and communication is preferred
