Christian & Barton, LLP, a well-established law firm in Richmond, VA, is seeking a part-time Records Clerk to join our team. This position is on-site in our Richmond office and offers a schedule of 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, file, and maintain legal records and documents
  • Assist with records retrieval and archiving
  • Ensure accurate data entry and document management
  • Provide general administrative support to the records department and office services department

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in records management, filing, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to walk a 6 block radius of our office for hand deliveries
  • Must be able to lift 25 pound box

Compensation:

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
