Christian & Barton, LLP, a well-established law firm in Richmond, VA, is seeking a part-time Records Clerk to join our team. This position is on-site in our Richmond office and offers a schedule of 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, file, and maintain legal records and documents
- Assist with records retrieval and archiving
- Ensure accurate data entry and document management
- Provide general administrative support to the records department and office services department
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in records management, filing, or administrative support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to walk a 6 block radius of our office for hand deliveries
- Must be able to lift 25 pound box
Compensation:
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
