Key Responsibilities
The Automotive Mechanic Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicles while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves using knowledge and skills to identify and resolve complex issues, working closely with the service department, and effectively communicating with guests.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and teamwork by collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections to ensure high standards of safety and organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
- 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve.
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Candidates should also be capable of lifting and moving over 100 pounds, working with tools on vehicles lifted above their head, and efficiently navigating a computer.
