The role of Master Automotive Technician / Mechanic involves diagnosing and repairing various vehicles while ensuring high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Technicians utilize their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for customers
- Continuously build expertise as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete thorough, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work collaboratively with the service department to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
- Over 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Master L1 Technician or A-level Tech preferred
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
