Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Professional to join our team. As an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicles while maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively with the team.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and ASE certifications are preferred. You will need to deliver exceptional customer service, adhere to high standards of safety, and maintain a clean working environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicles using knowledge and skills
- Building experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Completing full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Working as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
- FOLLOWING AND PROMOTING OUR HIGH STANDARDS OF SAFETY, CLEANLINESS, AND ORGANIZATION
- Working closely with the service department and effectively communicating customer concerns
- Collaborating with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
- Keeping your area clean and other housekeeping as requested by management
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
- 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
