Key Responsibilities
- Technicians use their knowledge and skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
- Build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Communicate effectively with the service department and work closely with other technicians to solve problems
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
