BECOMING OUR ENTRY-LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER:
Schedule:
You'll have a full-time Monday through Friday schedule typically between 7 AM and 6 PM.
Day-to-Day:
As our entry-level Automotive Service Writer, you will ensure customers receive top-notch service by greeting them warmly, listening to their concerns, and creating thorough vehicle inspection reports. You'll clearly explain findings and repair options, coordinate with technicians for timely and accurate repairs, and build effective repair order tickets. Your role includes selling services honestly to build long-term customer relationships and directing customer service activities to uphold our high standards of hospitality and respect.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly driven and self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude
- Passionate about serving customers
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with an excellent driving record
Having an ASE certification in service writing is desired, but we're willing to help the right candidate obtain one! Experience of 3-5 years and industry experience with independent shops is preferred, but not required. Being experienced in the auto industry and writing repair tickets is also a plus.
