Responsibilities:
- Continuously build technical expertise across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Leverage best-in-class resources and technology available through Christian Brothers Automotive
- Work collaboratively with the team to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Communicate transparently with Service to ensure customers receive accurate repair options
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and shop organization
- Deliver extraordinary results by working collaboratively to meet customer expectations
- Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections and provide visually transparent documentation
- Treat every guest with respect and kindness, embodying our core value of "Love Your Neighbor As Yourself"
Requirements:
- ~2 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Strong problem-solving skills and desire for continuous learning
- A passion for long-term career development and growth opportunities
- ASE Certifications preferred, or plan to achieve within 1-2 years
- Proficiency in Windows-based computers and ability to learn new software
- CURRENT driver's license and acceptable driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs
- Capacity to maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
