Job Overview:

This state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in April 2025. Interviews will begin in February 2025.

We are seeking energetic and upbeat technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude who can solve tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests using knowledge and skills.
• Build experience as an automotive mechanic across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete courtesy vehicle inspections accurately and honestly.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Collaborate with the service department and communicate customer concerns effectively.
• Solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results with other Technicians.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and desire to serve guests.
• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Desire for long-term career development.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair.
• Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Navigate a computer efficiently.
