Automotive Technician / Mechanic | Excellent Compensation & Flexible Scheduling
An Automotive Technician/Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring safety and cleanliness in the workspace, and working collaboratively with a team to address guest concerns. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience, have ASE certifications (preferred), and demonstrate a commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles using knowledge and skills to ensure high-quality results
- Build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work collaboratively with the service department to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Communicate effectively with guests and work closely with other technicians to deliver distinguished results
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications Preferred
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- Commitment to long-term career development
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Dexterity to use hand tools efficiently
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Navigate a computer efficiently
