We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician / Mechanic for our Apollo Beach location. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Job Overview:
We are looking for technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. They must seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.
- Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
- They continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- They complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- They work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
- They follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- They work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns.
- They work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
- 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
- Meet or exceed hourly goals.
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication.
- A desire for long-term career development.
- Often lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair.
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools.
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles.
- Efficiently navigate a computer.
