Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests using knowledge & skills.
- Build experience as an automotive mechanic across domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Complete courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns.
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
- Communicate effectively with the service department and other Technicians.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and desire to serve customers.
- 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve.
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
- Meet or exceed hourly goals.
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair.
- Have dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles.
- Navigate a computer efficiently.
