Automotive Technician / Mechanic
An experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic is needed to diagnose and repair vehicles, provide vehicle inspections, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a state-of-the-art facility. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience and a positive attitude towards customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and fix vehicles for customers using knowledge and skills
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across various domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Collaborate with the service department and communicate customer concerns
- Solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results with other technicians
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
- At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication

Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting and/or moving over 100 pounds
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
- Comfort working in tight spaces required by vehicle repairs
- Necessary dexterity for efficiently using hand tools
- Ability to walk/stand for majority of workday
- Manual transmission driving ability
- Efficient computer navigation
