Automotive Technician / Mechanic Job Overview
This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is seeking energetic and upbeat technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests, be able to seek out solutions to tough problems, and continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and fixing vehicles for our guests using knowledge and skills
- Completing full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Working as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
- FOLLOWING AND PROMOTING HIGH STANDARDS OF SAFETY, CLEANLINESS, AND ORGANIZATION
- Working closely with the service department and communicating customer concerns
- Collaborating with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
