Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Broaden your technical expertise across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicle makes and models.
• Conduct thorough and accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the workshop.
• Communicate effectively with the service department to resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with other technicians to overcome challenges, meet deadlines, and deliver outstanding results.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE certifications are preferred or willingness to obtain them.
• The ability to diagnose and repair all types of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly targets.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career growth and development.

Physical Demands:

• Occasional lifting and moving of items over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on elevated vehicles.
• Tight spaces may require flexibility and adaptability.
• Necessary dexterity for efficient tool use.
• Standing and walking for most of the workday.
• Operating manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficiency with computer systems.
