Job Overview :
The Certified Technician is responsible for flagging shop hours; from diagnosis to minor and major repair.
We are looking for technicians / mechanics who have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing whats right for our guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Manage updates for shop tools, OEM scan tools, alignment machine, etc.
- Help other technicians diagnose and repair vehicles when necessary (i.e., misdiagnosis, employee development, etc.)
- Contribute as atechnician team member to uphold brand and quality standards of the team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Adhere tosafety regulations and protocols
