The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Diagnostics and repairs of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Collaborating with the service department to troubleshoot guest concerns
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and promoting a positive work environment
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in automotive repair
- ASE Certification, L1 preferred or equivalent. Diesel is a bonus
- A strong diagnostic skill set and ability to accurately diagnose complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
