Focusing on customer service and problem-solving, you will diagnose and repair vehicles as a Master Automotive Technician. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and experience with various domestic and foreign vehicles.

Job Description

Automatic Technician / Mechanic

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers using your knowledge and skills.
• Build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.

Qualifications

• Able to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers.
• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Experienced and skilled Master L1 Technician.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• Desire for long-term career development.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
• Capable of working in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair.
• Have the necessary dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
